Listening to Pandora Radio outside the US

I enjoy listening to streaming music from Pandora Internet Radio. The problem is that they block you if you are residing outside the US, Australia or New Zealand. One way to avoid this blockage is to install a free add-on extension to the Firefox or Chrome browsers called Media Hint. This can also be used for other programs that block you, such as Hulu for streaming video and movies (there are other possibilities, like Stealthy, Hola and Hotspot Shield, but Media Hint is definitely the easiest to install and handle).

I like the way Pandora suggests songs based on the favourites I have entered, such as Michael Bublé and Chico Buarque. I use the free version of Pandora.

On android smartphones and tablets there is no support at present for Media Hint, but there is the free Hola Unblocker app. For me the Pandora Internet Radio app (has to be sideloaded outside the US) works well on my Nexus 7 tablet, when the Hola Unblocker is activated.
